1986 World Series on NES’s RBI baseball

10th inning of Game Six of the 1986 World Series re-enacted out on Nintendo’s RBI Baseball, with the actual play by play

We used to play this game as kids too. Wasn’t as fun as Tecmo Bowl

Former tri-state area dweller, my parents are huge met fans… That game ended past my bedtime so i missed most of it till my parents started mega screaming.

The old console games were fun

  4. Ahhh…days of old. Reminds me of times gone by….when gamers (and gaming) used to be Ohhh so innocent…..sigh….i miss simpler times.

We were so young and naive….
    now we are decieved…
    by billion-dollar corporations…
    with their complicated graphics….
i just hate this modern Animation…

Gaming used to be about gaming…
not the price of stocks rising…
lets return to simple play –
not the Hollywood drama of today…

    I’d rather play games - not movies….
    DEATH to Nintendo Wii!

So the next time you’re in a department store…
Turn to the clerk and shout NO MORE!
We will not play….we will not play…Join the Revolution!
    We will NOT PLAY!

    ~Okay…i know, i know….i’ll leave now….(head down in shame)
