Rumpelstiltskin all over the place

- A woman tries to use her child as a down payment (not the entire price mind you) on a used car. Who was the saleman? Rumpelstiltskin?

- A man promised his then 1 year old daughter as payment of a poker debt. Now that she is 17, they have come to collect. Rumpelstiltskin lives in Pakistan too?
