My condolences to Brother Basil Vanderhall whose wife passed away last night in Gaithersburg. The Janazah (funeral) will be today at the Islamic Center of Maryland after the second Jumuah.
Br. Basil and his family are pillars in the community here in the DC area and are a model American Muslim family that has commitment to the community in general community and acts out of love and kindness to others.
